Welcome to my electronic portfolio. I thank you for taking the time and expressing the interest to read about my teaching philosophy and what I have learned regarding the various technology that I can use in the classroom . This website serves as a summary of all I have learned over the summer of 2013 as well as a description for the kind of teacher I have become.

 

My e-portfolio is divided into several pages on this site.  I have created a page to describe to you my teaching philosophy. The next page second page is the 5 NETS Standards from ISTE.  This page has a link to each standard as well as links to various artifacts that I have created.  The five NETS standards are: 

 

1. Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning

   and Creativity

2. Design and Develop Digital Age Learning

3. Model Digital Age Work and Learning

4. Promote and Model Digital Citizenship and Responsibility

5. Engage in Professional Growth and Leadership

 

 

 I have also included a conclusion section that serves as my own personal reflections on the progress I’ve made as a teacher and what technology means to me. All of this information should provide some context for how teaching has affected me, and how my teaching was shaped by the educational environment especially the technology tools that continues to improve.
